The Annual General Assembly of the Public Affairs Community of Europe (PACE) will be gathered via electronic means, according to Belgian law.

Please note:

  • members must be up to date with their financial obligations with the Association to be able to attend and cast a vote.
  • each member shall appoint an authorized representative, who shall be a natural person, to represent him at the General Assembly. This appointment must be communicated to the Secretary General at least five (5) days before the meeting. Each member may, in writing, by email or by fax, be represented by another member at each meeting. This one can not represent more than 3 members.
