Norway – Rolf Jarle Brøske

Rolf Jarle Brøske is currently Industrial Policy Director in the Norwegian oil company Det Norske. From 2007 to 2012 he has been employed in Fokus Bank, the three last years as Special Advisor to the CEO and Head of Public Affairs. He has served as a politician for the Norwegian Conservative Party (Høyre) in several positions. He has been member of Møre og Romsdal County Council (1999-2003), deputy member to the Norwegian Parliament (2001-2009), political advisor to the Mayor of Trondheim, Anne Kathrine Slungård (2002-2003) and political advisor to the Minister of Trade and Industry, Børge Brende (2005). In September 2011 he was elected to the City Council in the Municipality of Trondheim, where he is leading the Control Committee.
